Sam Stoane makes western music that feels lived-in—dusty, defiant, and rooted in truth. Blending country, folk, and western swing, she writes with a raw honesty that cuts through the noise, pairing an unmistakable voice with stories of hard miles, neon nights, and open roads.

A California native, Stoane leans on steel guitar, fiddle, and mandolin to drive her stripped-down, story-first sound. She’s shared stages with Sam Barber, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Vincent Neil Emerson, and Wynonna Judd, and introduced her world with her 2025 debut Tales of the Dark West—a record steeped in dust and darkness.

With more music on the rise, Stoane isn’t chasing trends—she’s carving out her own corner of the West.
